Our restaurant is the destination for connoisseurs throughout the entire region.

However, the main task is to excite our hotel’s guests again anew each evening with magnificent 5-course menus.

The ENJOYMENT ISLAND and the w/einzigartig are unique. Two quite new innovation concepts of ours which are trend-setting.

Our kitchen crew sets the highest standards for quality, creativity and freshness. We absolutely never use flavour enhancers, preservatives and ready-made products in our kitchen. We produce all our own sauces, soups, but also terrines, pastas as well as sorbet and parfait creations. The cuisine is French-oriented without losing the regionality. With more than 250 items, our wine list will fulfil every wish.
