Regardless of whether it is classical food, seasonal dishes or Palatinate cuisine, reinterpreted, everything is presented as a visual treat and is prepared with love and creativity.

Your creative kitchen team from the Hotel Am Hirschhorn will offer you a selection of foods at our restaurant which have been carefully chosen and are quite diverse in the area of à la carte cuisine. But even our half-board menus are put together with much dedication and with great variety.
With predominantly fresh cuisine which has no ready-made products, preservatives and flavour enhancers, we pamper our restaurant guests daily with food that is of the highest level and the best quality.
We thus request your understanding that we cannot individually deal with all food allergies and request that you contact us if you should have any such food allergies.
We can offer gluten-free food only in very minimal amounts because we are not specialised in this and thus cannot fulfil our high food standards.
Within the parameters of our top-class half-board menu, we provide our vegetarian guests with menus which are individually tailored to their requirements which impress owing to their quality and creativity. For the additional expenditures of your Hirschhorn kitchen team, we must charge a modest surcharge for this service.
Your Landhaus Am Hirschhorn also represents healthy nutrition. Thus, we offer no vegan menus.
